• Scope of the project
• The agreed project plan
• The functionality required
• The agreed deliverables
• The agreed ‘key’ dates
• Customer contact(s)
• PM provides the Developer with all project documentation.
• PM creates a new ‘Project’ document in the ‘Projects’ database.
