The Infosys technical organisation consists of two teams that work closely together.
Technical Services provides strategic and project planning consultancy together with implementation services and are responsible for our technical support desk. The main role is in helping our customers to install and integrate the best IBM Lotus solutions for collaboration, mail, portal, web, social software and content management.
Technical services often help our customers with technology choice/evaluation, version upgrades, server consolidation projects as well as new software roll outs. Our strategy is one of offering all the services required, in a flexible, cost effective and approachable way to implement software whether in an environment predominantly built around IBM technology or another vendor’s software.
The Application Development Team develops bespoke collaborative business applications on the Lotus platform. We are able to work with existing applications whether originating from Infosys or another source. We work with all versions of Lotus Domino and Notes as well as the full Lotus technology platform including Sametime, Quickr, Connections and Portal.
Our software development skills are highly regarded and cover a wide range of modern as well as legacy standards and languages. We are fully skilled in web, HTML, Java and composite application development.
Both our Application Development and Technical Services can be purchased under contract arrangements which offer various features for ad-hoc services or on the basis of a turn-key project, with Infosys taking full responsibility for delivering a full solution under our management.
