InfoSys Open Day & Executive Forum - 10th July 2009
InfoSys and IBM would like to invite you to a new format Open Day that will be highly focused on IT management and strategy. The agenda has been shaped specifically to meet the top priorities of managers and executives making decisions and forming strategy for their use of technology.
We have produced an event that will not ignore the technical issues but will focus heavily on business needs, working with challenging economic times and highly competitive environments.
Our priorities will include:
· Reducing costs and complexity with solutions for new business models
· Server consolidation and the use of virtual and thin client server architecture
· Application reuse, user interface redesign and extending the life and value of applications
· 'Self-service' software so users can work with greater efficiency, fewer resources and in new business models
The event will take place at InfoSys, Swindon on the 10th July 2009.
Whilst we have many ideas for discussion and presentation, we would also like to hear about your specific issues, challenges and opportunities and so will begin the event with time for you to contribute topics for discussion. In addition, there will be an optional opportunity to spend more time with a technology expert after the main event so that you can discuss technology projects, gain extra expert insight for your decision making or see software/solution demonstrations.
