Flexible Support, Development and Infrastructure Services

The FlexiResource Scheme from InfoSys Limited is a flexible way of purchasing a range of IT services at highly discounted rates, with minimum administration required. With FlexiResource, services are purchased in advance as Resource Packs containing Points, which can be exchanged for services at a later date. Each service is represented by a specific number of Points, allowing you to call on different types of expertise only when you really need them. A Points Statement is sent to you every month detailing the services used and the Points balance remaining.

FlexiResource can be used for the full range of services offered by InfoSys, from ad hoc support calls lasting a few minutes through to large application development projects of many days. Although there is no service level provided with FlexiResource, it is possible to upgrade to a fixed price Service Level Agreement which can run alongside FlexiResource. In this way you can have the peace of mind of guaranteed responses times, whilst knowing that you only pay for services as you require them.
