DominoTrack is the latest release of our Sales and Marketing system. DominoTrack is specifically designed to support the mobile or distributed sales force. It provides the benefits of team selling, customer focus and sharing of customer knowledge among all employees, whilst also being a productivity aid to the individual sales person. The net results is better support for the customer, a more professional image to the customer and, therefore, better customer satisfaction.
The application has been specifically engineered to run on the latest Lotus Domino technology and therefore can be used by, and provide information to, users with a Lotus Notes Client or a standard web browser. Industry standard word processors are integrated allowing top quality presentation for letters, quotes, faxes and mail-shots.
Integration is also provided with Lotus Calendaring and Scheduling to give powerful time management and collaborative working. Other features included Sales Person business forecasting, marketing campaign management and project tracking. Sales management reporting is facilitated with data reported in tables and graphical charts for easy analysis.
