Domino Track is our ready to run CRM application which has been developed over eight years. DominoTrack is based on the latest Domino Technology specifically designed to support the mobile or distributed sales force. This sharing of information extends to other key departments such as Customer Services, Projects and Marketing. The net result is better support for the customer, a more professional image to the customer and, therefore, better customer satisfaction.

DominoTrack provides full analysis for company sales and marketing management. The product displays data essential for the successful management of sales teams and of marketing activities. Information such as sales forecasts, accounts by salesperson, lead analysis and details of mailshots, faxshots and all quotations relating to the customer and prospect base.
Domino Track is also an essential tool to the individual sales person. Increased productivity of individuals is achieved by integrated support for industry standard word processors and integration with Lotus Notes Calendaring & Scheduling. Diary management extends to appointment tracking and management of other activities such as follow-up calls and things to do.
The application has been specifically engineered to run on the latest Lotus Domino technology and therefore can be used by, and provide information to, users with a Lotus Notes Client or a standard web browser.
Enterprise wide information

Information is presented using a hierarchical model. The data can be viewed from a number of different perspectives from high-level company information down to details about individuals within organisations. The application deals with traditional sales person to customer contact, but also many to many supplier / customer relationships. For example, telemarketing personnel can leverage integrated calendaring & scheduling and customer information to schedule meetings with customers and sales team members. Sales Teams and Customer Services can work together to improve the sales process from initial enquiry through to project completion.

Sales & Marketing Management

DominoTrack allows sales people to quickly and easily build their sales forecasts and allow management to view this in real-time. Forecasts are built using customer information and sales category information providing powerful and reliable analysis across different product or service groups. The application allows for complete lead analysis indicating where marketing campaigns should be focused. The system also caters for the tracking of enquiries throughout the customer and prospect base to allow rapid follow-up.

Personal Productivity Tool

The application has been completely designed for ease of use to allow sales people to focus on the sales task rather than complex computer software. This is achieved by the use of features such as 'quick start' a rapid data entry process for new companies, contacts and enquiries. Instant access to current and historical account information allows the sales person to make quick and informed decisions about his/her customers. Remote workers such as home-based sales people or managers benefit from Domino's powerful remote working capabilities.

Direct Marketing Activities

DominoTrack supports direct marketing activities with capabilities such as mail-shots and fax-shots to specifically targeted customers and prospects. Product or service interest and contact job-role can be used as criteria for a marketing activity. In addition follow-up activities are managed and tracked. The results of marketing activities can be tracked through campaign management views.
