InfoSys offer a range of support options to cover Lotus Domino applications and infrastructure.
All our support packages include:
- The services of a dedicated professional help desk with 5 lines incoming
- Remote support via VPN
- Trained and experienced technicians with accreditations from IBM, Lotus, Microsoft, Network Associates and Compaq
Our InfoCare FlexiResource package is described here in detail:-
FlexiResource is our way of offering a range of services in a scheme which allows you to call on expertise and resources when you really need them, and gain extra benefit from extremely cost effective rates. It works by purchasing a Resource Pack of Points where each service supplied by InfoSys carries a points value. As services are taken, points are deducted from the purchased amount. Monthly customer statements show the points used and the outstanding balance remaining. When more points are required they are simply purchased in further packs.

2. InfoCare Premier Level Support - formal all inclusive support agreement providing a range of extensive services backed by a service level agreement
3. InfoCare Telephone Support - telephone Support purchased in incidents
4. InfoCare Hardware - providing support and maintenance for server and other hardware
5. InfoCare Bespoke Application Support - covering bespoke Domino/Notes applications
