DominoStaff R5
DominoStaff is fully functional human resources management system built on Lotus Domino Release 5 for use with either a Lotus Notes R5 Client or any standard browser. DominoStaff can also be linked to payroll systems and sources of legacy data where required.
DominoStaff helps you manage one of the most important assets your business has, your employees. And with many managers being mobile and distributed DominoStaff makes use of Domino/Notes replication/remote access technology.
An overview of DominoStaff’s functionality is shown below:
- Manages and tracks the recruitment process (from personnel required to sending interview letters, creating interview schedules, sending rejection letters and even creating job contracts and job offer letters.)
- Personal information including name & address, multiple phone/pager numbers, NI details, recruitment source, start and leaving dates etc.
- Job and Salary Details (including a complete history throughout the company)
- Training and skills records (internal & external training)
- Holiday and sickness allocation with request and authorisation workflow
- Provides career history (previous companies and within present company)
- Manages the appraisal workflow process
- Provides personnel document templates (e.g. standard letters, contracts etc)
- Security features mean that selected information can be made available to different employees
